Virgin Atlantic Airways Gets a Touch of Chic by VW + BS Studio

The revamped Virgin Atlantic Airways airplane by VW + BS studio may just be the most lusciously chic airplane in the air.

Flying high with style, this airplane looks as if it was designed for the enchanting Jessica Rabbit, but Virgin Atlantic Airways' aim was to make this plane as chic as the urban cities below. This convivial design comprises of futuristic elements embraced by warm lounge-like colors; the color scheme can be changed depending on the mood. The low lighting illuminated with Fuchsia, violet and deep red furnishings make this airplane look like a love shack.

Flyers can sip on cocktails 30,000 feet in the air in a cabin that's detailed with contemporary decor, such as its elongated bar and semi-levitating stools. People have the option of mingling in small groups or sitting by themselves to wine and dine. It's not the average layout, as people are greeted with a bar upon entering the plane.
