Starbucks is expanding its food offerings in-store, and its new Vegan Protein Bowls will be part of the snacks and meals that the coffee chain will feature.
It was recently announced that the brand will be offering a Chicken Quinoa & Protein Bowl, along with a Seared Steak, Egg an Tomatillo Wrap, but Starbucks also wanted to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. As a result, it will be offering a Vegan Lentils & Vegetables Protein Bowl served on brown rice. The bowl will contain a variety of wholesome ingredients that range from butternut squash and roasted tomatoes, to sunflower seed and a lemon tahini dressing that is served on the side.
This vegan protein bowl ensures that the Starbucks brand is able to cater to consumers who have dietary restrictions.
