The Domino's Vegan Dough is Being Trialled in the UK
Michael Hemsworth — June 16, 2020 — Lifestyle
The Domino's vegan dough is being trialled by the brand in the UK to help offer consumers with an alternative option when ordering a pizza for lunch or dinner. The vegan pizza range includes the Vegan Veggie Supreme and the Vegan Margherita, which have been in development for more than a year in order to make them as applicable for consumer preferences as possible. The hand-stretched dough will be trialled at 46 locations in the UK and will be priced the same as the non-vegan options to ensure accessibility.
The Domino's vegan dough was spoken on by the chief developer of the dough Aman Prasher who said, "Our vegan offering has been a while coming because we’re determined to make sure it’s full of our iconic Domino’s flavor. We might not be first but we’re always the best – no compromises. Our dedicated pizza chefs are incredibly excited for our fans to try this new and improved latest dough as we believe we’ve nailed it. If they agree, and love it as much as we do, Domino’s will roll out nationwide. We’re now busy working on some toppings and sides – so watch this space!”
