US Foods' 'It's a Matter of Choice' Appeals to "Discerning Diners"

Foodservice distributor US Foods recently launched its Summer Scoop 2017 collection called 'It's a Matter of Choice,' with an emphasis on serving as wide a range of diners as possible.

In the collection, there are 24 products that promise something for everyone, including both meat and meatless options, as well as dishes that are healthy while others are decadent. As US Foods says: "We’re featuring products that have wide-spread appeal, including sustainably sourced meats; items for gluten free, vegetarian or paleo diets; global flavors; shareables; portables; and simple indulgence."

Items from It's a Matter of Choice include traditional and plant-based sources of protein, such as the Molly’s Kitchen Meatless Crumbles, as well as sides and a variety of baked crusts and doughs.
