These urban home accessories are a modern remix on the iconic traditional candelabra. The 'Weight Here' range of candelabras and candlesticks are made from solid cast iron and polystone by home designer KiBiSi. The iron used in their making is meant to acknowlegde historical artisanal techniques and the Polystone is a neat reference to KiBiSi's links with modern architecture.
KiBiSi are one of Denmark's most popular design teams. They create everything from aircrafts and bicycles to furniture. The firm was founded in Copenhagen by Lars Larsen, Bjarke Ingels and Jens Martin Skibsted, combining their expertise in the areas of design, furniture, architecture electronics and contemporary culture and lifestyle. I think these urban-chic collection of home accessories would look great in a open loft setting.
