The small forest abode is located in Bohemia, and is for the owner to get away from the stresses of everyday life. The interesting part about this design is how it actually sits atop a boulder, which almost seems to prop up the weight of the house. For the name, Uhlik Architekti and the owner went with the Forest Retreat - a straightforward name that will allow people to picture the structure before even visiting.
Uhlik Architekti did well to recognize how the rocks in this area could become a part of the house, since most would just become irritated.
