Despite the number of experimental places to dine in, the Tsujitka LA restaurant definitely stands out.
Not only are diners welcomed with an attractive decor, the dishes offered are wildly creative. Don't be fooled by the sign in front of Tsujitka LA though; the restaurant takes a contemporary interpretation on Japanese food rather than the noodles the name promises.
With dishes like reversed congee and fish shaped sushi, Tsujitka LA definitely ranks high on my places to try.
Implications - Meeting taste satisfaction is no longer enough to draw in consumers. Modern shoppers are looking to please their taste buds as well as an aesthetically pleasing dish. In order to attract a wider audience, companies could incorporate their development of ingredients with an attractive presentation.
