Aerodynamic Battery-Powered Tricopters

This Tricopter is Designed to Function As An Air Taxi

The Y6S Plus is a truly futuristic and ambitious tricopter, unveiled by the British company Autonomous Flight, that is essentially designed to function as a taxi in the skies.

This tricopter is designed to pursue aerodynamic flight courtesy its pair of oversized rotors located at the tips of its wings, a positioning that is intended to ensure that airflow is not impeded, allowing the tricopter to move speedily through the air. What's more, these two front rotors shift position when the tricopter is in the air, powering it forward horizontally on its way to attaining a comfortably cruising speed in the range of 200 km/h.

The Y6S Plus is also designed to be powered by lithium batteries, giving it a range of 130km, and offers a glimpse into the future of short-distance aerial transportation.
