In order to cleverly show how overworked people are the ones who need vacations the most, Ethos Travel came up with a fun series of printed travel advertisements. The series of ads progresses from Monday to Friday, using blocks of colorful events in a digital calendar to spell out messages like "Make it stop" and "Save me now."
This simple, yet effective ad series does an excellent job at putting viewers in the place of an overbooked individual who can't seem to find space for a break. In contrast to the chaos of the colorful blocks that spell out an assortment of cries for help, Ethos Travel uses a four-word message to promote its business: "Time to get away."
