The product is described as being of the plant-based 3.0 generation with a recipe that's made with mycoprotein that doesn't require extensive processing to work well for clean label food varieties. The product has a naturally umami flavor that's rich in fiber, while also being high in protein and vitamins yet low in carbohydrates and cholesterol.
