Revo Foods Minced Fungi Protein has been added to the Austrian brand's product portfolio as a versatile meat alternative that offers a functional benefit for consumers to appreciate. The product is crafted with four natural ingredients including the Fusarium venenatum fungus strain, rapeseed protein, canola oil and a seasoning blend that boasts herbs with sea salt.
