The award-winning fondue franchise titled 'The Melting Pot' launched its limited-edition ruby menu to honor its 40th anniversary. The commemorative milestone menu will feature a variety of throwback drinks paired with divine fondue dishes.
Some of the featured dishes include a cheesy fondue, paired with a blend of sparkling wine and a surf and turf lobster tail that was served with a sweet and savory Ruby Port sauce. The nostalgic drinks range from a 1970s Grasshopper to a 1990s Cosmokazi mash-up.
In addition to the dishes and drink pairings, the restaurant will also be serving a limited-edition 'Molten Lava Fondue' for dessert. The Melting Pot president Mike Lester stated that "you can have your cake and dip it too." This honorable menu aims to celebrate the restaurant's success while simultaneously catering to the consumer demand for delicious dishes and tasty drinks. The ruby anniversary menu is available now until November 22nd 2015.
