The Ice Co. Party Ice is Arriving in the UK Ahead of Summer

The Ice Co. Party Ice is being launched by the brand in the UK to provide shoppers with the ability to pick up a small portion of ice that is perfect for when they're heading to a friend's place or the party this summer.

The ice comes in one-kilogram bags that are much easier for placement in smaller freezers and are easy for shoppers to purchase when picking up their favorite drinks or snacks. The product was developed especially with the convenience store shopper in mind.

Managing Director Polly Metcalfe commented on the new The Ice Co. Party Ice saying, "We’re really excited to be launching our smaller Party Ice packs - it’s a great opportunity to tap into the convenience market alongside a well-established brand that has over 30 years’ trading experience. The 1kg format actually doubles the number of sellable units in the same space, making the same space almost twice as profitable. There’s also less stock replenishment required due to a higher volume of bags in the first instance. For the end customer, it provides a smaller pack solution for added convenience. And for customers who require a bigger pack, they can purchase more units, which equals a bigger basket spend.”
