The 'T-Goal' wearable is an advanced piece of equipment for athletes that will enable soccer enthusiasts to optimize their training to ensure they are playing as efficiently as possible on the pitch.

The wearable works by being worn on the wrist, your calf or your shirt to capture data pertaining to your performance accurately and allowing player to analyze the findings after they have finished training. This data can be used for adjusting your performance and pinpoint where adjustments can be made to ensure you're performing at your peak level.

The 'T-Goal' wearable will work to track training to pinpoint where improvements can be made, but will also monitor to ensure you aren't overtraining to prevent players from pushing themselves too hard.
