Preparing a sushi is an art that takes some chefs years to master, but this Tex-Mex Sushi from Epic Meal Time is more about content than quality. The fusion Mexican-Japanese sushi rolls are made with things like bacon, smashed up taco chips, cheese, tortillas and chicken for starters.
The gigantic rolls are wrapped over and over again, packing on layers and layers of flavor. At one point, it even looks like there are some Nerds candies thrown in for good measure. At the end of the video, the Epic Meal Time guys rundown the caloric and fat content of dipping sauces like Fish Egg Sour Cream, Wasacamole and Soy Sauce Salsa, which are the perfect ways to top off the outrageous Tex-Mex sushi eats.
