The HMD Terra M presents a compact handset built for reliability in demanding environments, combining a rugged exterior with simplified communication features. The device includes a 2.8-inch touch display with glove support, large physical keys, and programmable push-to-talk and emergency buttons. A Qualcomm Dragonwing chipset powers the system, paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The structure meets IP68 and IP69K ratings alongside MIL-STD-810H standards, with resistance to water, dust, and impact.

The device integrates 4G connectivity with dual SIM and eSIM support, alongside Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS functionality. A removable 2510 mAh battery supports extended standby use, with access through a replaceable back panel. Additional features include an 8MP rear camera, high-output speaker system, and preloaded utilities such as barcode scanning and note-taking tools.
