The Water Bar is a unique twist on a traditional eatery that serves alcoholic drinks by offering flights filled with a variety of tap water flavors pulled from different locations, in the place of beer. The water is served in the same format, in tiny sample size glasses on a wooden plank. Guests can sample the water sourced from local areas and see how the taste differentiates depending on location.
Located in Minnesota, the Water Bar offers an interactive setting for both adults and children to learn more about water. While set up like a bar, the location is also simultaneously a museum that lets guests sample different tap waters sourced from different regions. The taste of the water shifts depending on different variables such as mineral content.
