Snackers usually gravitate towards puffed snacks when they're looking for something light and crunchy but Outstanding Food is introducing a unique new concept with its TakeOut Meal-In-A-Bag Puffs. While meal replacement products often take the form of shakes or bars, Outstanding Foods' newest product is a plant-based snack that can also be enjoyed in place of a meal.
The plant-powered, protein-packed snack is said to contain "30% of the recommended daily values of iron, calcium, zinc and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D, E and K." The vegan-friendly puffs are made with simple ingredients like rice, pea protein, pea grits, brown rice protein and a blend of other nourishing ingredients like broccoli, spinach, kale, pumpkin, squash, sweet potato, kelp, chlorella and mushrooms.
