When passengers board the B Bus, they will be treated to three complimentary Hayman's gin cocktails inspired by a taste of Japan, which are paired with sushi meals crafted by Michelin Starred Chef Gohei. Items on the menu include sushi, a poke bowl and an assortment of desserts that include yuzu tarts, jasmine macarons, green tea rolls and strawberry tartlets.
