In anticipation of cherry blossom season, Chotto Matte is introducing its Cherry Blossom Festival between March 24th to 26th from 7 p.m. to midnight. The event will feature pink floral décor, live entertainment and Sakura-inspired specials and was created as a challenge between Chotto Matte’s entire Sushi Chef team in London, England to deliver the best skills.
From March 21st to 27th, Sakura-Dressed Sushi Selection is available for lunch and dinner, and is a curated plate highlighting each chef's best sushi creation. Some noteworthy features include salmon with caramelised shallots, Kingfish with cherry salsa, scallop with Nori jam, sea bass with ponzu jelly, smoked O-Toro and foie gras, and snow crab leg with tobiko caviar -- to name a few.
