Venturo's Weekend Summer Bar Serves Refreshing Custom Cocktails

Behind the Wood is a beverage consulting company that will be temporarily taking up residence at Italian eatery Venturo for a pop-up summer bar each weekend. Venturo is located in an are that's mostly populated with Irish pubs, so this pop-up concept aims to bring a new offering to the neighborhood. As a company that specializes in creating craft cocktails, Behind the Wood will be serving drinks that emphasize fresh summer homemade ingredients.
Some of the unique drinks on the menu include 'Summer Lovin,' made with tequila, fire-roasted jalapeños, cucumbers, agave and lime. The pop-up bar will also offer 'Rickeys' made with a customer's choice of liquor, soda water and lime, as well as 'Bucks,' which offer customization with a choice of spirit and house-made ginger.
While these summer-themed drinks will only last as long as the warm weather does, there are plans to continue this weekend takeover concept through the fall with a revised food and drink menu.
