Like a number of other food brands, Totino's is capitalizing on the millennial appreciation for nostalgia-inducing products by bringing back its Stuffed Nachos. Introduced back in the 90s, the popular bite-sized nachos were eventually discontinued. Now the brand is hoping to drum up childhood snacking memories by reintroducing the savory appetizer.
Totino's Stuffed Nachos are similar to the brand's pizza rolls in that they consist of bite-sized pieces made for easy snacking. The shell of the nachos consist of a ridged corn masa crust shaped into a tiny triangular roll. The inside is then filled with either the Queso combination of cheese, onions and bell peppers, or the Supreme combination of chicken, beef, bell peppers and jalapenos.
The dish is likely to appeal to millennial who have a penchant for food products that remind them of their childhood or teen years.
