Chicago-based architecture practice Studio Gang Architects will be building a spectacular new residential tower, which hasn't yet been named, in Miami. The tower will likely receive LEED Gold certification, a building award that recognizes environmentally responsible building.
The 14-storey tower will be situated in the Buena Vista neighborhood. Featuring a total floor space of 14,864 square meters, the tower will consist of 76 residential units offering spectacular views of the Biscayne Bay. The building will also offer a lounge, rooftop swimming pool and ground-level retail space.
The tower will make use of a number of energy-saving measures including rainwater harvesting and solar shading. These and other features could help Studio Gang's tower gain LEED Gold certification.
This incredible eco-friendly tower is set to be completed in 2016.
