Feedback-Informed Performance-Driven Pilates Programs

STRONG Pilates Debuts New Programming

STRONG Pilates has unveiled new programming backed by academy-trained instructors and extensive member surveys conducted over the past 18 months. The new venture introduces a six-category class structure that includes STRONG 360, Pilates Strength, Pilates Only, STRONG Body, STRONG Loaded, and STRONG Starter.

STRONG Pilates' new programming introduces over 100 new exercises and a 12-week rotation sequence designed to maximize progressive overload, a key differentiator where resistance and intensity increase in a controlled, measurable way over time using the brand's exclusive Rowformer and Bikeformer machines. This approach deliberately structures workouts to build strength, fitness, and mobility gains progressively, ensuring that someone who attends consistently will see continued improvement.

Co-founder of STRONG Pilates, Michael Ramsey, shared: “STRONG is built around what our members want, need and value. It’s about creating a program with intention, and one that will show results through consistent training. We know our members love Pilates combined with strength training, but want to balance out the cardio. This next phase is about delivering on that ask with precision and continually challenging our community to come back for more.”

Programs shaped by sustained member surveys and instructor input enable precise personalization of class progressions and retention strategies.
Progressive Overload in Pilates
Integrating measurable resistance increases into Pilates routines allows traditionally low-load practices to deliver quantifiable strength and performance gains.
Hybrid Cardio-strength Modalities
Combining reformer-style machines with biking and loaded movements creates new class categories that blur boundaries between boutique Pilates and functional fitness.

Industries Being Reshaped

Boutique Fitness Studios
Specialty studios can leverage structured rotations and category-based offerings to differentiate memberships and increase lifetime customer value.
Fitness Equipment Manufacturing
