Scandinavian-Inspired Cardio Classes

NRTHRN Strong Has Introduced a New Cardio Class

NRTHRN Strong's new Cardio class, which is available at the brand's Flatiron flagship studio in New York City, is poised to expand its Scandinavian-inspired training method beyond the existing Signature Strong and Sculpt.

The Cardio class relies on patented NRTHRN Trainer machines that replicate the rhythmic, full-body motion of cross-country skiing. The company maintains that this new high-intensity endurance-focused workout elevates heart rate and boosts VO₂ max while remaining joint-friendly. As such, NRTHRN Strong's offering will appeal to a wider range of fitness levels and ages. It also provides a great alternative for strenuous activities such as running.

The Cardio class machines are also equipped with interactive tablets that track real-time performance and save historical data. This will allow users to track progress over time and improve their fitness routines.
