Rostudios, the Amsterdam-based operator behind Rocycle rhythm-based indoor cycling and Roform reformer Pilates-inspired training, has raised over $40 USD in growth capital and will open its first United States studio at 799 Broadway in Greenwich Village this June. The space is a 9,000 square foot site that houses two Roform reformer studios and one Rocycle cycling studio, with drop-in pricing starting at $20 USD per class, which is significantly below typical boutique fitness pricing in New York City.
All in all, Rostudios is offering a high-quality studio experience, with full changing facilities, towels, cycling shoes, and premium care products from Zenology. The $20 USD price point per class may also make its offerings more accessible to a new demographic — young professionals, graduate students or individuals on a budget.
The location in Greenwich Village is also easily accessible by subway from most parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
