Reformer-Based Training Concepts

VASA Fitness has Introduced STUDIO Pilates

VASA Fitness recently introduced a reformer-based training concept called STUDIO Pilates. This service innovation marks the fourth modality within the brand’s expanding ecosystem of boutique-style studio experiences.

STUDIO Pilates joins VASA Fitness’ existing offerings, including STUDIO RED HIIT, STUDIO LFT strength training, and STUDIO FLOW infrared yoga. The new program is set to debut in the fall of 2026 at the company's Willow Creek club in Colorado and will feature NordicTrack Ultra 1 Reform RX reformers, which incorporate clever design elements — from enclosed spring systems and push-button resistance adjustments to Smart Spine technology. The goal of this elevated pilates concept is to make the practice more accessible for beginners while still providing the depth and challenge required by seasoned practitioners

By integrating this highly sought-after format into a traditional gym setting, VASA claims to be the only high-value, low-price fitness brand to offer four distinct premium studio experiences under a single roof.
