With the 2018 Winter Olympics officially underway, STK Steakhouse is celebrating with a special dessert. Not only is the new dish a fun way to celebrate the start of the Olympic Games, but it is also an extra sweet way to end a delicious meal.
STK Steakhouse's newest addition to the dessert menu is a dish called The Torch, which is designed to mimic the way the Olympic flame burns throughout the duration of the games. The dish itself consists of sponge cake topped with strawberry ice cream, strawberry compote, white chocolate, and whipped cream, all nestled beneath a hefty serving of cotton candy. When the dish is served, the cotton candy is drizzled with booze and set aflame. After the cotton candy has melted away, guests are free to dig into the celebratory dish.
