The SPINNX modular pen writes and includes multiple tactile functions in a single titanium and aluminium design by WEIWIN. The pen is made from aerospace-grade titanium and held together with magnets that allow it to separate into three modules, each offering a distinct mechanical interaction. A magnetic snap connection provides a tactile click, a spring-loaded ball yields another click sensation, and a rotating top module produces rhythmic mechanical detents. The pen tip deploys with a twist mechanism rather than a typical click.
The modular design lets users reconfigure the pen so that the spring-loaded ball sits on top for different tactile responses. SPINNX is offered in multiple finishes including silver-aluminium and natural, matte black, and brass coloured titanium. The pen uses a proprietary refill described as having a longer lifespan than standard refills. Additional accessories include extra refills, a leather pouch, a spiral module, and a magnetic levitation pen stand that holds the pen upright when not in use.
