The Quorn Southern Fried Poppers are one of the latest creations from the brand that aims to satisfy consumer demand for vegan-friendly snacks with a delicious, easy-to-prepare product. The snack is positioned for a launch in January 2020 and will retail for £1.29 for a 60 gram pack to make it a cost-effective option for consumers to pick up. The product is achieved using a base of the brand's vegetarian chicken that has been covered with a southern fried breadcrumb coating for a satisfying texture experience.

Brand Manager at Quorn Foods Jennifer Shepherd spoke on the new Quorn Southern Fried Poppers saying, "As more than half of all UK consumers (53%) are now reducing their meat consumption, it is important that we continue to provide products that deliver on taste and health, as well as convenience for when consumers are ‘on the go. As a nation of snack lovers with increasingly busy lifestyles, it can be difficult to find meat free options when you are out and about. Our Southern Fried Poppers provide a tasty meat free solution that can be eaten on the go."
