When SodaStream introduced the first iteration of its soda maker, it instantly changed the way carbonated beverages were prepared, consumed and regarded from a health perspective. With a soon-to-be launched system called SodaStream Mix, this company continues to disrupt the beverage industry.
Previously, SodaStream only offered machines that were capable of making carbonated drinks from water, but Mix has five beverage settings for making fizzy drinks from bases like fruit juice and alcoholic beverages. As well as promising more versatility, what really takes Mix to the next level is its Bluetooth connectivity. Inspired by other kitchen appliances that allow remote connectivity, tasks on Mix can be executed through smartphone controls.
With a sleek form created by renowned designer Yves Behar, it's fitting that this soda machine will be debuted at the upcoming Salone de Mobile in Milan.
