Investment bank JPMorgan is said to be launching an innovative Snapchat recruitment campaign that will see a series of sponsored geofilters targeted at new graduates. The ambitious campaign is the largest themed ad buy on Snapchat thus far, according to JPMorgan as reported by Business Insider.
The campaign will kick-off on May 23, 2016 and is expected to run until mid-June, with sponsored filters appearing at 80 different US college campuses and with ads expected to run within the Graduation Live Story.
The inventive Snapchat recruit campaign will encourage new grads to apply to the firm by presenting a series of 10-second ads the highlight how their newly acquired skills can be well-applied working for the brand. The creative recruitment campaign is a great example of an institutional brand skirting convention in order to connect with a fleeting demographic.
