LinkedIn is Targeting Gen Z Professionals with its New Campaign

LinkedIn UK has initiated an innovative campaign tailored explicitly for Gen Z professionals. The campaign aims to empower and support this generation with their career development journeys, portraying relatable workplace scenarios to resonate with this demographic.

The commercial depicts a Gen Z professional navigating through a challenging meeting where workplace jargon dominates the conversation, leaving the individual perplexed and out of place. However, as the campaign progresses, the protagonist harnesses the power of LinkedIn's Collaborative Articles feature, leveraging insights and guidance from industry experts and peers.

“[...] Gen Z are looking for support in gaining the ‘know-how’ to navigate their careers, match their skills to jobs they want, and build a strong professional network they can turn to for advice. LinkedIn’s supportive professional community of one billion members can help young professionals make sense of the world of work and set them up for success," said Zara Easton, LinkedIn Head of Brand Marketing UK.
