The delicious cold dairy treat sells itself so it becomes quite a challenging assignment to develop a brand identity concept that will set one sweet product apart from its competitors. Slurrp! Ice Cream branding was conceived by a team of two students who strove to create a scrumptious image that would tempt the sweet tooth of both young children and dessert-loving adults.
Rajashree Iyer is responsible for much of the industrial design behind the product packaging which includes the utterly adorable tripod ice cream bowl that doubles as the brand's delectable mascot. She also came up with a pint-sized takeaway container that looks like the sort of colorful serving cup one might be handed at the parlor. The playful logo and graphic design that distinguish Sluurp! Ice Cream branding was drawn up by Sombuddha Mahapatra.
