The Skittles Cooler ice cream bar is the latest creation from Mars Chocolate Drinks and Treats that aims to offer consumers a new way to enjoy the classic namesake sweet treat. The ice cream bar is 100ml in size and features flavored ice cream that has been infused with crunchy pieces of the candy with the exterior covered in a strawberry fruit sorbet. This distinct frozen treat offers a fruity, candy-infused alternative to traditional ice cream bars that are often focused on chocolatey flavor profiles.

The ice cream bar was explained by General Manager at Mars Chocolate Drinks and Treats Michelle Frost who said, "We are excited to introduce the Skittles Cooler to the freezer for 2019. With a winning combination of a much-loved confectionery brand, real fruit innovation and the category’s leading segment (wrapped handheld), we are sure that this new sku will soon become a firm favourite."
