Apple will soon be updating Siri Shortcuts, so users can control voice commands to streamline their mobile experience. The shortcut features will come pre-installed on devices running iOS 13. Apple originally announced the new shortcuts last year.
The update allows users to implement shortcuts by activating voice commands, these commands can trigger apps to perform different functions. Before they can use this, users will have to set it up by pre-recording commands so Siri knows which command goes with which function. However, some Siri shortcuts can be implemented by developers, and users only have to tap a button to activate the command for future use. All of the shortcuts will be integrated across all Apple products.
