Finding a secure means of employment poses a large challenge to those with hearing impairments, which is why this Silent Bubble Tea Shop in Guiyang, China, presents such a unique opportunity for its employees.

The shop exclusively hires deaf graduates of a local special needs high school in attempt to improve communication skills, while providing real-world work experience. The store's interior is filled with visual aids, as well as menus for customers to use as reference when ordering from an employee.

All staff members must undergo a brief internship prior to being hired full-time, which offers the employee a unique training experience that can be hard for those with auditory impairments to find.
