The Shoe Gallery in Lithuania is Laid Out Like an Art Show

— April 8, 2015 — Art & Design
The Shoe Gallery in Vilnius, Lithuania is a sprawling understated retail space designed to put the shopper at ease. The stunning store sits located within a large commercial shopping center, yet the spacious interior gives no hint of it.

The L-shaped retail space was designed by local studio Plazma, which decided to create a layout that showcased the newest wares right at the store's entrance. Spread into sections like wings of a gallery, the Shoe Gallery has a flow to it based on the intuitive nature of the designs and how the products are compartmentalized.

The Shoe Gallery gives off a laid back yet refined aesthetic due to its neutral color palette and minimal shelving infrastructure.
