The brand new Nodaleto shoe store opened its doors in Miami in early December 2022. This is the first US outpost for the luxury French shoe brand and New York City-based studio Rafael de Cárdenas was enlisted to design the interior.
The retail space is adorned with a contrasting palette of velvety red and stark white. The firm predicated its design on the French interior of the mid-century and science fiction aesthetics. Rafael de Cárdenas even paid homage to films like Stanley Kubrick's groundbreaking film '2001: A Space Odyssey.'
Another outstanding feature of the new Nodaleto shoe store interior is the white sitting mannequin legs that emerge from the wall, creating a rather surreal experience for visitors.
