Canada Bread Company, Limited is making things easier for consumers with celiac disease by launching a line of gluten-free crackers called Sanissimo Salmas. With a mild flavor and a pleasantly crispy texture, the crackers are perfect for pairing with a wide variety of toppings.

Sanissimo Salmas are gluten-free crackers made from GMO-free, whole grain-corn flour. In addition to corn flour, the only other ingredients used are salt, hydrated lime and a plant-based substance called tocopherols that helps to maintain the crispy texture. In addition to being free of artificial ingredients, the crackers are also free of trans-fat and low in calories. To make the product even more sustainable, the packaging is made from recycled fibers and vegetable-based inks for a truly eco-friendly option.
