Popular puffed snacks that feature cheese as a key ingredient are being challenged by a new wave of plant-based puffs that are made with healthier alternative ingredients. Some of the most unique new products to be introduced to consumers include Lily Puffs and Lotus Pops, which are made with water lily seeds and lotus seeds.
