SAMFARMER Creates Unisex Personal Care Products for Youth

As a stay-at-home dad, Sam Farmer found himself alarmed by the way personal care products for youth were packaged and marketed and took it upon himself to create SAMFARMER, a unisex line of products for young adults.

As Sam Farmer describes, when he went shopping for his teenage son and daughter, he encountered " rows of products, pink, pouty and submissive packaging aimed at my daughter and steel grey, macho stuff intended for my son." After going back to school to get a degree in cosmetics, he launched SAMFARMER, which offers products with formulas that are specifically tailored to teen skin and hair.

The unisex personal care range includes everything from face wash to shampoo and deodorant, all of which are packaged in boldly colored bottles that feature prominent letters.
