This Salmon Packaging Concept Adds an Elegant, Mythical Touch

This salmon packaging concept marries functionality and whimsy with a myth-inspired set of designs. Created by Janis Andersons, the dynamic design range was conceived to showcase a variety of salmon fillets with various seasoning options. Using simple aluminum tin trays and artfully decorated paper slipcovers, the fictitious seafood brand J.A. Seawolf is able to display its parcels elegantly.

Differentiating between flavors with various pastel colored fonts, the product is clearly presented as a brand of premium quality thanks to the whimsical sketches of various sea creatures and boats. Flavors included in the concept range are Provence butter, sweet chili and hot smoked.

The project, which hails from Latvia, succeeds in showcasing the product as one that is central to quality.
