Ruta Health is a holistic health platform for women with chronic symptoms, designed to help uncover the root causes of mystifying chronic digestive, hormonal, and autoimmune conditions. Unlike some health systems that look at issues in isolation, this platform provides a broader picture of whole-body health and draws from a combination of disciplines, including functional medicine, Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and herbalism.
The iOS beta is currently available on TestFlight, and Ruta Health invites women experiencing chronic symptoms to get early access to the platform ahead of the App Store launch in 2027. “Ruta is what I wish I had at the start of my healing journey," said Brie Rowey, founder of Ruta Health. "I was searching for something that holds the complexity of how the body actually works, cross-references what different healing traditions know about it, and gives a clear picture of my health.”
