The Garmin Venu 4 smartwatch has been announced by the brand as its latest wearable technology product that's engineered with holistic health tracking in mind. The device builds on the previous model's ability to track many aspects of a person's overall health and wellness with a focus on heart rate, skin temperature and respiration. The device also offers the ability to log caffeine and alcohol intake to offer insights into how it could be affecting overall health in the form of sleep disturbances and heart rate.
The Garmin Venu 4 smartwatch comes in 41mm and 45mm size options, which are each paired OLED screens and accented by an LED flashlight on the bezel to support low light navigation.
