Renewal2 Investment Fund is based in Vancouver and was founded by Joel Solomon and Carol Newell to combine the best of business and philanthropy to facilitate triple bottom line impact.

"In 1994, they assembled a team of advisors and staff and established the investment and philanthropic sisters, Renewal Partners Company and Endswell Foundation," the website explains, adding they have a "50-year strategy and a 500-year intention."

Their portfolio includes Alter Eco Americas, Aquatic Informatics, Better Energy Systems, Blue Horizon Foods, Horizon Distributors, Rustic Crust, Sensible Organics, Seventh Generation and Spud.
