The Young’s Seafood Red Thai Infused Salmon has been announced by the Eight Fifty Food Group-owned brand as a new offering for the UK market that will provide shopper with an easy way to enjoy a premium meal at anytime.
The salmon is marinated in a Thai marinade and infused with the flavors of garlic, paprika, chili, coconut milk, coriander, lemongrass and parsley. The salmon is being launched in Asda supermarkets where it will be priced at £3.50 for two boneless fillets that come in at 220-grams.
Marketing Controller at Young’s Seafood Marina Richardson spoke on the new Young’s Seafood Red Thai Infused Salmon saying, "Over the past year we’ve seen shoppers eating at home more often and the Red Thai Infused Salmon works well as it can satisfy both lunchtime and evening meal occasions.
