As the demand for plant-based eating has grown, so has the consumer desire for ready-to-drink coffee beverages blended with non-dairy milk alternatives. While many of these products are packaged in bottled formats, Alpro recently launched its Alpro Caffè line with products packaged in takeaway-inspired cups.
Each ready-to-drink chilled coffee product pairs a single-origin coffee with a non-dairy milk. Some of the richly flavored options available to consumers include Caffè Ethiopian Coffee and Soya Caramel, Caffè Brazilian Coffee and Almond, as well as Caffè Peruvian Coffee and Coconut.
The premium single-serve packaging designs include images of animal and insects that are native to the regions where the coffee beans are produced, which helps to draw attention to the fact that the brand uses Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee.
