Mason Salisbury of the Las Vegas cafe 'Sambalatte' recently made headlines for his mesmerizing rainbow-colored coffee creations. While creative foodies have already dreamed up rainbow-colored bagels, donuts and even grilled cheese sandwiches, now consumers can feast their eyes on technicolored coffee as well.

The rainbow-colored coffee gained the attention of the public after Salisbury posted a photo of the beautiful creation to his Instagram page. He followed up the initial shot of the colorful coffee, with a video showing how he creates the rainbow colored swirls in each cup. As the video shows, Salisbury simply adds food coloring to steamed milk and then steadily pours the rainbow topper over steaming espresso. The result is a colorful cup of coffee that takes latte art to a whole new level.
