Dyson Has Logged a Patent for Wearable Air Purifier Headphones
Justin Lam — November 13, 2018 — Tech
Dyson already has an extensive list of air purifiers, but the company is reportedly creating wearable air purifier headphones. While Dyson has yet to officially announce these new headphones, a patent has been submitted for their design. The company has also expanded its range of air purifiers in recent years since the usage of these devices has gone up dramatically in the Asian market, specifically in China.
While Dyson has refused to comment or deny the development of these air purifier headphones, it would be a logical step for the company as they seek expansion in the Chinese market. Wearable purifiers are already prevalent in that market as air pollution is directly linked with higher chances of strokes or cancer.
